I have found a way to balance my love for the corporate world and pursue my passions. I live a fulfilled life. By day, I am Head of End User Services for The Hartford. I am a servant leader and oversee the service desk, remote and onsite tech support, workspace and client servics, collaboration tools, and the end user experience team. I spend many hours each month volunteering. In 2015, I was recognized by Hartford Business Journal as a Forty Under 40. In 2018, 2019, and 2020 I was recognized with the President’s Volunteer Service Award.I am a highly passionate, energetic, and ambitious person. I believe I was put on this earth to help others achieve their goals and take great pride in doing so. I have extensive experience in the fitness field and began instructing in 2000. I hold numerous fitness certifications in a range of modalities. After ten years of dreaming about it, I opened Empowered Indoor Cycling & Strength Studio so I could share my passion for fitness with others. I’m grateful for my strong team of instructors, personnel, and my business partner, all who contribute to providing a top-notch workout experience, unparalleled to anything else in the industry.We all have 24-hours in the day, I choose to fill them with all things I enjoy.
