Training Specialist
CurrentDesign, develop, and update training programs and materials aligned with best practices and latest research.Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for family childcare providers, both in-person and online.Utilize various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.Manage a repository of training resources, ensuring guides, toolkits, and multimedia content are accessible and up-to-date.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.Continuously improve programs based on data and participant input.Provide ongoing support and mentorship to family childcare providers.Help providers implement best practices and overcome challenges.Work closely with NAFCC staff, external partners, and field experts to ensure comprehensive, relevant, and high-quality training programs.Promote the importance of family childcare and the role of the NAFCC through presentations, webinars, and social media.Assist in organizing and facilitating conferences, workshops, and other events for professional development of family childcare providers.
