Led the Learning function in the South Boston Grooming Headquarters site, supporting >1500 employees and deploying a budget of up to $5MM. Led the global manufacturing 'Education and Training' team for the Grooming business. Established a "Technical University" to retain and grow mastery in core competencies within our seamless technical community.Designed and delivered learning programs for the Engineering Organization's employees that enabled them to better partner with their manufacturing customers to cut manufacturing costs and increase speed to market on new initiatives. Formed a virtual organization "Learning & Development - Boston", in collaboration with corporate L&D resources. Published integrated course catalog with all offerings and distributed to all across the Boston campus, greatly simplifying employees' ability to find the right training 'just in time'.Led the South Boston Plant Education & Training team to put in place new training processes allowing on-time start-up of new manufacturing work system. Secured $100,000 in funding from the Massachusetts' Workforce Training Fund, allowing everyone in the Boston plant to be trained in 'Lean Manufacturing'.Designed and delivered learning programs in business writing, new performance appraisal system, and principles of high performing organizations, and trained over 400 P&G learners in multiple sites across the US.

Facilitated an organizational change program for the Tax Organization to drive step change increase in organizational capability, and coached new-to-P&G V.P. of Global Taxes on P&G culture and processes.Designed and presented performance appraisal writing workshop for the Cincinnati Tax Organization, improving quality, an important business goal for the organization.

Responsible for capability-building and special organization projects supporting the global Analytical Community of Practice within the R&D function, consisting of ~600 people worldwide.Facilitated the effort of the Analytical management team to create their new strategy in support of global R&D strategy. Designed and facilitated several large-scale organizational meetings to refine and build ownership for the strategy. Educated P&G's R&D new hires about the Analytical Community of Practice by designing and staffing an interactive booth at the "Communities of Practice" fair during their annual training week.
