About Jocelyn C. Dunphy, Ph.D.

As the Owner and Senior Consultant of Pro Capability, I have been providing custom training and coaching for STEM professionals for over 12 years. I help my clients communicate technical knowledge effectively, especially in writing, to business and management audiences. I also design and deliver learning programs on topics such as leadership, mentoring, onboarding, and interviewing.With a PhD in Chemistry and a Masters in Organization Development, I combine my scientific background and talent development expertise to help STEM professionals achieve their project, departmental, and career advancement goals.
