Finance/Operations:- Contracts & client relations: Worked with many non-profit clients coordinating and negotiating payment schedules and contract revisions for the software and services provided by this Microsoft Partner specializing in online grant management systems. Clients included organizations such as "March of Dimes", "Howard Hughes Medical Institute", and "Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation". Worked with AG's sales team to revise proposed licensing and SLA contracts.- Cash-Flow management: Regulated the cash flow to reduce the bank credit by 40%- Managed procurement, accounts payable and leases- Optimized operations and improved communication with project managers to reduce duplication and improve efficiency- Conducted recruiting, benefit management, employee reviews, and termination of employment for all employees
