Implementation of two International Treaties: 1980 Hague Convention of the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and the 1956 New York Convention on the Recovery Abroad of Maintenance. Main duties included filling lawsuits before domestic tribunals and follow up on cases that took place abroad by being in constant communication with the central authorities of those countries.
