Managed, authored, and coordinated studies, plans, and permit packages for several rural Alaska exploration and development projects. Managed contractors, set and controlled project costs, documented lessons learned and closeout. Provided scientific and technical guidance, support, coordination, compliance, and oversight on project personnel, and created compliance procedures for field project coordinators.
