I am a collaborator, connector, communicator and conduit, who strategically develops solutions and relationships, so that even the most difficult or sensitive of tasks can be accomplished, whilst at the same time making sure that everyone feels empowered and heard. I love to creatively solve problems by taking complicated issues and then distilling them into compelling ideas so that we can understand the tasks at hand in order to attain our goals. I enjoy inspiring, motivating and aligning people in a brave and safe space of trust, ensuring that together we can review and improve and change systems, processes and operations, while creating sustainable long-term results. I am a graceful disrupter for positive change, who simply wants to make this very challenged world of ours a better place for all. As Albert Einstein said " Strange is our situation here on Earth.
