I have five years of experience in immigration law with a strong focus in business immigration. Throughout my career, I critically analyze each case to find effective strategies to obtain the outcome my clients seek, with minimal supervision of an attorney. I have extensive knowledge of PERM, EB-1A, EB-1C EB-2NIW, H-1B, TN, O-1, O-2, L-1A, both through adjustment/change of status and consular processing. For a brief period, I was also contracted by the Department of Justice to work with the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) as a Management Analyst to assist Immigration Judges in their hearings and often interacted with respondents who solely spoke Spanish. However, after working with the EOIR, I realized that I thrive in the realm of business immigration as it is constantly changing and challenging. Since then, I decided to return to solely work on and expand my knowledge in business immigration. Nonetheless, my experience working with the EOIR helped me gain knowledge on how the government process visa applications, and the many caveats that come along with immigration. I am positive that my experience and extensive knowledge in immigration are useful in any immigration matter.
