• Directs the College’s Annual Fund that includes unrestricted donations from over 12,000 alumni, parents, and friends of the College. The Fund has grown from $4.90 million in 2001 to an expected $9.25 million for fiscal year 2011. 55% alumni participation was achieved in fiscal year 2010, up from 47% in fiscal year 2009.• Hires, trains, and evaluates eight members of the Annual Fund team including four assistant directors, two associate directors, a senior associate director, and the department coordinator.• Oversees the recruitment, training, and stewardship of nearly 500 alumni and parent volunteers.• Manages the Annual Fund budget and leads the strategic planning process for the Fund.• Oversees all direct mail, e-mail, Facebook, and student calling solicitations.• Plans and executes annual challenges, premium offers, and other special initiatives.• Oversees the solicitation and stewardship of all leadership donors to the Fund including the annual New York City Gala Weekend.• Coordinates annual solicitations with affinity groups such as athletic teams, the Chapel, and Hillel.• Coordinates the annual solicitations of members of the Chairman’s Circle, Board of Trustees, Parent Directors, National Alumni Association Executive Committee, Board of Fellows, and the Long Walk Societies Committee.• Coordinates leadership level asks of prospects assigned to Leadership Giving Officers.• Cultivates and solicits 25-50 assigned prospects for leadership gifts to the Annual Fund.• Provides detailed weekly analyses of Annual Fund results.• Works in conjunction with the Leadership Giving, Planned Giving, and Alumni Relations staff as appropriate.
