• Partnering closely with operational departments to prepare monthly product cost forecast, analyzing comparison against budget and prior forecast and providing narratives on variances.
• Supporting on all value-added cost saving projects and new initiatives as financial partner to identify and highlight risks and opportunities to management.
• Obtaining accurate data through effective cross-functional communications and deliver analysis upon management's and operations' request.
• Assisting in preparation of annual product cost savings budget.

• FP&A: Preparing 12 months rolling forecast for P&L reporting on quarterly basis. Performing analysis on actual vs. forecast as well as forecast vs. weekly what-if projections and developing detailed commentary.
• Month-End Closing: Assisting in preparation and review of consolidated financial statements. Preparing relative moth-end reports (Sales & VAM, Fixed Assets, Intercompany & Material Sales, etc.)
• Fixed Assets (Capex): Timely processing of Fixed Assets transactions (Addition, Disposal, Intercompany Transfer). Working closely with Operations to track fixed assets, preparing monthly Capex forecast and movement.
• Sales Analysis: Performing prelim revenue forecast based on shipment plan and business model. Preparing shipment report and performing actual vs. forecast analysis by projects and product models. Ensuring proper.
• Cost Accounting: Monitoring budget and approving for purchase requests of indirect materials, general and MOH expenses. Supporting inventory management and review (E&O, warehouse risk etc.)
• Exposure Management: Weekly tracking of customer exposure and proper customer information maintenance. Ensuring accurate input of credit limits and perform analysis of inventory & AR exposure.

Beijing

• Reviewing legal agreements involving company’s interactions with stakeholders and updating regarding compliance requirements; making sure these in line with the new European Data Protection Policy.
• Maintaining data and statistics of cost centers for compliance investigation needs; communicating policy updates and compliance requirements to employees via email.
• Assisting with compliance projects SOP; preparing and updating monthly compliance case reports for various business units. Supporting the compliance team by completing administrative and ad hoc coordination duties.
