• First author for breakthrough paper in the leading microfluidics journal, Nature Scientific Report Journal. Article Title: Microfluidic transfection of mRNA into Human Primary Lymphocytes and Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cells using Ultra-fast Physical Deformation• Led rare lymphocyte research and development pipeline for the company with focuses on Natural Killer (NK) Cells, Gamma Delta T Cells, and Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells using CellFE’s proprietary technology. Payloads consisted of mRNA CAR delivery, CRISPR/CAS 9 knock-out & knock-in work.• Submitted abstracts for top conferences regarding the rare lymphocyte/cell and gene therapy research field. Invented methods and systems for cell processing, including delivery of substances into cells comprising the use of a microfluidic device.• Led, designed, and analyzed research regarding Natural Killer (NK) and other rare lymphocytes (including but not limited to Gamma Delta T, Naïve T, and PBMCs) to provide proof of concept with CellFE’s microfluidics technology• Conducted extensive research, sourced data from multiple workstreams, and performed experiments to publish the first research paper for CellFE Inc displaying high success delivery of mRNA across T, Stem, and NK cells without being detrimental to cell health and viability
