Managed $4M expansion budget from site selection to launch. Owned decisions around construction, vendor selection, procurement.• M&A: Led M&A integration of Real Estate and Procurement processes with European-based parent company (Impress).• New Business Development: Piloted new strategic lines of business, closing deals with 12 partners. Spearheaded creation of marketing toolkit for partners. Onboarded partners, tracked performance, and terminated partnerships if needed.OPERATION - Developed majority of the company’s systems and core infrastructure.• Finance and Human Resources: Developed financial models and managed cash flow; negotiated vendor contracts; built HR processes; trained staff to ensure quality customer service; orchestrated pandemic closure and re-launch including communication plan, furlough and layoff strategy; created compliance programs and HIPAA policy and training.• Facilities and IT: Developed relationships with landlords and vendors. Partnered with engineering team to develop custom IT structure for clinics. Designed and drove the culture and values areas of startup geared towards supporting communities of small business owners and building their capacity. Led operations through two rounds of funding.• Executive Team: Advised on the impact that strategic options would have on staff; developed agenda for and facilitated weekly leadership meetings; spearheaded annual company goal setting.• Human Resources: Developed HR infrastructure, processes, and policies. Weekly pulse surveys averaged score of 4 out of 5 on employee engagement, culture, and programs. Oversaw HR vendors and legal. Orchestrated plan for two rounds of layoffs, compliant across three states.• Customer Advocacy and Engagement: Led customer success initiatives using data analysis and focus groups. Developed user engagement programs that also served as marketing opportunities for the company.

Managed budget and provided project oversight of U.S. Department of Education (DOE)- and state-funded programs at a leading R&D agency that supports educators and policymakers.• Financial Management: Managed multiple long-term research projects as part of a $40M five-year DOE Regional Educational Labs program.• Programs: Developed scope, timeline, and budget; monitored plans and progress; managed staff assignments; managed reporting processes and relationships with funders; facilitated team meetings.• Event Planning: Orchestrated educational conferences, workshops, and webinars for 50-250 attendees. Consistently rated over 90% in overall satisfaction.

Directed the museum’s operations and oversaw youth development programs, fiscal management, fund development, marketing, and PR.• Museum Operations: Developed budget and led program management to enable Executive Director and managers to focus on executing youth programs. Managed museum facilities and onsite caretaker. Planned agenda for board meetings. Wrote press releases and served as media contact.• Development and Fundraising: Oversaw development calendar, grant submittals, and reporting processes for federal, state, and local grants. Managed multi-million dollar government capital contracts across city and municipal partners, vendors, and contractors.• Collaborations: Led trauma-informed, multi-cultural collaborations with community members, program participants, volunteers, and public institutions.

Managed projects directly related to growth and employee retention.• Change Management: Orchestrated relocation of 400+ San Francisco-based employees to a new campus. The retention rate in the first phase of the move was 93%, surpassing industry standards.• Program Management: Led programs that increased retention, improved HR operations, and enhanced communication between management, project partners, and external vendors.
