As an HR Specialist at URBN, I oversee the company's Leave of Absence Program for our Field and Home Office employees. I ensure we are aligned with federal and state laws as well as company-supported leave policies. I collaborate closely with Employee Relations Managers to provide support to employees while aligning with business needs. I have a wealth of HR and Benefits knowledge through nearly 3 years of experience navigating operations at Home Office and hundreds of field locations across the US. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
