She sees the bright side of things, has a can-do attitude, and brings out the best in people. • She has a willing attitude, accepting assignments, even when she has incomplete information and little guidance. She is not afraid to try new things and accept challenges. • She is more organized than anyone else I have known. • She is invested, taking her responsibilities seriously and making personal sacrifices to help a project succeed. She makes a project manager look good. • She is professional in her interactions with supervisors, peers, subordinates, clients, and the public. • She remains calm and collected when under pressure to meet deadlines. • She is proactive, recognizing upcoming tasks, and completes them without being reminded. • She excels at establishing and maintaining relationships. We made arrangements to have Jocelynn continue working with us part time as a self-employed contract employee. It has worked out remarkably well! One of Jocelynn's major responsibilities has been helping me manage projects more effectively. She has helped team members make weekly estimates of earned value on project tasks, then compare earned value to project charges and scheduled planned value. She has regularly followed up with team members (including me) on action items. Jocelynn has reduced the time I need to spend doing monthly billings by reviewing timesheet entries to verify accuracy and correct errors. She also handled invoices to a client with unusual invoicing requirements. Jocelynn has helped my projects run smoothly and has been a key to project success.
