Work closely with Creative Director to source new fabrics domestically according to season themes, colors, and trends. Assist in developing new garment dyed bodies and silhouettes to ensure brand is on trend and relevant. Maintain linesheets and pre-production cost sheets for over a hundred skus a season. Release PO’s to factories with exact sku.

Prepped screen printed and sublimated artwork for sampling. Ensured all artwork was correctly prepared for print in regards to size, Pantone color, and placement. Worked directly with print shops to ensure final printed pieces (SMS) would reflect and match production.

Prepped artwork for production based on customer’s specifications such as item color, imprint color, and imprint size on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Getting supplied artwork production ready for screen printing, pad printing, digital direct printing, heat transfers, and more. Communicating with customers and customer service representatives directly.

Help students prepare artwork, assist in the printing process, and replenish the stock of all necessary print materials including emulsion, reclaimer, solvents, etc. Teach safe and efficient printing practices, coat, burn, and reclaim screens. Assist students with trapping and prepress techniques to ensure efficient and successful printing processes.
