Jocelyn Pysarchuk is Vice President of Knowledge Transfer for the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), where she oversees the association’s education content, communications and public relations, and publications.Jocelyn oversees a team responsible for supporting the professionalism of the association’s members. This is accomplished through strategic oversight of internal and external communications; publications, including newsletters, website, and the award-winning Massage Therapy Journal; and a growing portfolio of professional development resources that include online education courses, school Meetings, and the association’s annual national convention.Prior to joining AMTA, Jocelyn worked for the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) for eight years, most recently as the Senior Director, Communications and Marketing, overseeing in-house communications and marketing staff managing the Association print and online publications, website, and events. While there, she oversaw a strategic redesign of the magazine, resulting in a SNAP gold award for Best Magazine as well as national and regional awards for ASBPE and over 200% increase in advertising within one year. She collaborated on the design of membership marketing campaigns resulting in a 20% increase in professional membership and a doubling of student membership over two years.Jocelyn holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
