My passion since I was a little kid is that I enjoy helping others and enjoy solving problems. As a community health worker, I supports clients in the community setting with the ability to bridge gaps between social services in the community and health care. Possesses expertise in the community and address issues of health and well-being. In my current role, I builds individual and community capacity by increasing health knowledge and self-sufficiency through a range of activities such as outreach, community education, informal counseling, social support and advocacy. I also link between the community and its health and social service systems, improving access to and delivery of health services.My specialties include learning new techniques and problem-solving. I am thrilled to grow and develop new skills in my current work. I enjoy learning from others, genuine connections, and hearing about other people's passions, and how I can possibly benefit.
