Using ethnographic and qualitative tools to research, audit and uncover gaps and opportunities within consumer experience, looking beyond financial transactions and focusing on making everyday easier.Consumers are better at articulating what they don't want, instead of what they want. Triangulating data from ethnographic observations, interviews, contextual inquiries help dig deeper to understand peoples' motivations behind their actions. Design publications, media, infographics to allow designers, partners, stakeholders and clients to understand research findings and collaborate for next steps.My role is to provide the voice of the consumers, and help articulate their needs, challenges, as well as aspirations, in order to design a better experience.

Our goal is to create emotional products that would resonate well with users, helping help build a relationship with the devices they own.Created collaterals and facilitate ideation workshops to capitalise on opportunities found from the field, as well as work with designers to develop concepts. Designed and created infographics to relate research findings to designers and stakeholders effectively.
