- Led development and execution of product and marketing roadmaps, contributing to 10.6x user growth over 4 years- Conceptualized and launched new writing platform, driving significant improvements to user engagement, retention, and conversation- Managed and hired 15-person product department, which included product management, design, research, and curriculum development; owned OKR setting and tracking- Executive team member; founding member of product team; promoted from product manager to team lead to director

- Led development, design, and QA of all site curriculum, driving over 4x expansion in curriculum offerings- Coordinated integrations with external vendors and APIs, including adoption of new vendors and retiring of old- Project manager for development of new curricular interfaces, including a full overhaul of our student practice engine, working cross-functionally with design and engineering- Established processes and transitioned team to Pivotal Tracker, increasing engineering velocity and estimate accuracy- Joined as sixth employee; promoted from contract role to curriculum developer to department lead; managed 3 direct reports

- Taught Biology and Environmental Health to 9th-12th grade students, including students with special needs and English language learners. - Coached girls' and boys' volleyball, led the Students Run LA marathon team, and co-chaired the Eco Club.- Nominated for the United Way’s 2014 Los Angeles “Teachers to Watch” Award
