Key Projects include:The Sovereign Resort, The Star - this project involves the expansion of premium VIP gaming, first class restaurants, a high end retail precinct, fine dine bistro and bars. The Northwest Gaming Expansion, The Star ($70m), - involves the refurbishment of premium gaming areas including world class poker area, fine food and beverage facilities.Sovereign Rivers, The Star ($18.5m) - development and expansion of the International Premium VIP Gaming Salons Responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining strong engagements with key stakeholders to ensure project and business visions are aligned and achieved,End-to-end management of the multiple projects from Project Brief and Business Plan preparation to delivery of the project and full contract administration of Design and Contract, Managing Contractor and full lump sum contracts,Development of procurement strategies specific to the projects unique risks and opportunities Ongoing reporting and presenting to the Project Control Group on the project status including financial, programme, risk issues and mitigation strategies, Development of staging strategies to minimise disruption to existing live environments,Management of a diverse team of project managers, design managers and project coordinators,

Key projects include: The Star, Project Lead for Project Titan ($100m+)Sovereign Lakes, The Star ($20m) - construction of 7 VIP premium private gaming salons The 5 Star refurbishment of the two Star hotel towers ($80m)Responsibilities:Management of approval of the Development Application including liaising with Government Departments including local Councils, Department of Planning, Heritage Council, RMS, Transport for NSW, Management of the design development including stakeholder working groups comprising of the consultant team, facilities manager, WHS team, operations and contractors,Managing the tender process of the consultant team and principal contractor including the coordination of the request for tender, tender assessment and recommendation, and execution of the contract,Contract administration and superintendent of the managing contractor contract,Development and monitoring of the project programme to ensure certainty of delivery,Management of budgets, cost plans and cost reports,Management of quality, safety and environmental issues.
