I am a highly versatile Project Director with over 20 years’ experience in the delivery of construction projects within the hotel & casino, retail, education and commercial property sectors of Australia and the UK. I have a proven track record in planning and leading highly complex projects, constructed within live operating environments, whilst managing budgetary and time constraints. Effective communication at all levels of the project hierarchy has led to the successful delivery of a number of major projects over my career. I am able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as engage and lead multi-disciplinary teams of consultants and contractors through all phases of the projects life cycle. With my in-depth construction & contractual knowledge and a strong commercial acumen, I found my skillset to be highly suitable for the delivery of major capital projects. I have been fortunate to have managed unique and challenging projects over my career and look forward to developing my skillset further.
