The role reports to the board of CASA International in Belgium. Leadership role with focus on a strong and qualitative implementation of the CASA concept in the stores and in supporting.

Storewide responsibility for sales, the salesteam and the total commercial organisation in the store Utrecht. Leading a team of 10 sales team-managers (direct reports) and 145 co-workers (indirect). Leadership focused role in which developing the business & delivering result, coaching of team and individual and steering a well-structured and organised.

Country responsible and regional manager for productgroups livingroom and workspace furniture. Driver seat position as a strategic category manager: responsibility for trend-, market- and competitor analysis, price setting (margin/profit), setting up and execution of promotions, product communication and sales trainings on national level. Follow-up through.
