AAI - Aiesec Alumni International has been in existence since 1986 when some active ex-AIESECers started a new chapter in AIESEC history in Budapest, Hungary, shortly before the world started to change again – this time towards democracy and freedom. The principal purposes of AAI are to promote international and cross-cultural understanding in line with the founding principles of AIESEC, to contribute to the personal and professional development of its members and to maintain a co-operative relationship with our roots – AIESEC! AAI opens the floor to those members who want to continue with activities reflecting the AIESEC spirit that rises above and beyond culture, race, sex, citizenship, religion, economic system, branch, hierarchy and generation on an international platform.

Initiating the AIESEC Alumni policies with AIESEC International team and implementation worldwide.Awareness-raising amongst the AIESEC body for Alumni work. Followed by the decision of AIESECs legislation board that AIESEC alumni have become "Global Focus Area" for AIESEC. Initiating and co-organising the 60th Anniversary events of AIESEC worldwide together with AIESEC International.Increase of the AAI membership number by 200%.

Established a department for central purchasing and administration as a Director at the management of the Aareon AG (former Depfa IT AG) which led to cost reduction and process optimisation by rationalisation of workflows parallel to a merge of more than ten subsidiaries. To improve the internal organisation during this period of change management, several projects for internal organisational improvements were initiated and implemented successfully in the existing SAP environment.Aareon AG is a member of the Aareal group and Germany's leading consultancy and systems house for the management of housing and commercial property.

In a short term the Mareon AG (former Depfa IT Media AG) developed a service portal for the property sector called "mareon", which became standard in the market. Actually more than 10 million bills and orders have been processed since the first release in Nov, 2001
