Visual modeling tools were a major part of their business and I was product manager of the core modeling products. I did professional product management trainings and learned a lot about the international software product business since Rational’s tools were sold in.

3SOFT (now as Elektrobit part of Continental) was a pioneer in developing of Embedded software, especially for medical and automotive systems. I hired 13 developers to built up their first team to develop software for automotive suppliers, did business development and sales for this segment, and delivered architectural consulting & software engineering.
