Quality control of existing compatible toners manufactured at the Elfotec plant in Annacotty. This includes toner for Canon, Ricoh, Toshiba, Minolta, Kyocera and Panasonic amongst others.Research and development for the manufacturing of new compatible toner for new machines and models. Being provided with formulas for new toner and mixing a test blend which is being run on the appropriate copier. Recording of the performance of the test blend.Reporting of results from testing of existing and newly developed toner to CEO Lawrence Haleski. Either marking the formula as successful or mixing a new test blend with modified formula.Troubleshooting and maintenance of copiers to establish the cause of malfunctions, i.e. if malfunctions where caused by toner or machine.Recording of results from testing for future reference, i.e. research of similar product and customer queries about the performance of the product.Providing feedback to the manufacturing plant regarding performance of toner on an ongoing basis

Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting of Canon copiers, printers and scanners.

Continued duties from Canon on a contract basis. Cantec are now the official, authorised dealer to represent Canon in Munster.

Installing, servicing, repairing and upgrading of Canon copiers, faxes and printers. Upgrades include software and hardware.Interfacing with the customers in regard of operation and configuration of the Canon device and the customer network. Arranging my route throughout Munster to plan the most efficient route to get to the maximum number of customers.Linking of machines to the customer's computer network and maintaining the connection. Setting up and maintaining e-maintenance accounts by which the device can be remotely monitored and automatic billing be achieved.Assisting customers with any queries regarding the device. Providing ongoing training in the usage and configuration of the device. Building up and maintaining vehicle car stock. Autonomous working environment, required to work with a minimum of supervision and make decisions independently.

Taking calls from business customers regarding data lines linking different premises.Logging and tracking the status of the fault and liaising between customers, engineers and technical HQ.

Proving customer and technical support regarding Visio flowchart software, Nomadic Display, Trium mobile phones and Hotmail.

Reservation and frequent flier departmentBooking flights, amending reservations, quoting airfares, organizing seats and special dietary requirements.AAdvantage frequent flier department. Maintaining accounts and booking free flights based on accumulated AAdvantage miles.
