Moreover, Jochen provides advice on copyright and fair market practices and has experience in competition law.Jochen obtained a Masters degree in Law from the University of Ghent, followed by a LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition law from the University of Liège.Jochen gained experience in a renowned independent Belgian law firm and was active as an IP attorney for major IP consultancy firms as well as legal counsel at the Brussels Public administration in order to create IP awareness and to build an IP strategy internally.Currently, he is working as trademark attorney at Ifori.
