In February 2024 I started a new professional task at Starkmacher e.V. as Learning Coach at the “TUMO Center For Creative Technologies” in Mannheim. https://mannheim.tumo.de/ TUMO is a digital education program for young people between the ages of 12 and 18 and aims to contribute to a more equal educational quality in Germany and worldwide.At the interface between technology and design, young people are trained in 8 digital, creative skill areas. The young people create online portfolios consisting of their own workshop and project work in each skill area to make their skills visible.My role as a Learning Coach is to accompany the young people through the entire multi-stage, personal learning path and to support them as a Coach and Mentor in all areas. Additionally, I am also involved in the organization of the center, which opened at the end of March 2024 in the MAFINEX Technology Center for tech-oriented startups, of the city of Mannheim.https://next-mannheim.de/tumo-center-im-mafinex-offiziell-eroeffnet/----------------------------------------------------------------Before that, I developed my skills in managing capital investment projects in international, intercultural and virtual teams. Earlier, I gained several years of experience in managing chemical operations, including resposibilities for the reliable and safe production and delivery of 30+ chemical products to our customers. This included the resonsibility for the operation staff and their training and development. Other experiences are in optimization of the organizational structures and implementation of projects for a more reliable, safer and more environmental friendly production.I like working in diverse and international teams and with people of various cultural and social background and I‘m excited about the possibilities of technology, innovation and personal development.
