⪢ Executed packaging design and product development, in the role of the lead project manager, successfully launch 20 new products in the chocolate, cereal and superfood segments across Australia. ⪢ Wrote the packaging copy and developed the packaging design with a brand agency to rebrand the complete chocolate range. I liaised with all functions to drive a seamless, minimal waste changeover in all ranged stores

⪢ Established the Twinings gifting and seasonal segment in Australia. I worked with local and international marketing and manufacturing divisions to launch an extensive range into Coles and Woolworths, selling 96% of inventory within 4 weeks. ⪢ Delivered over 20 new product projects (NPD) into Coles and Woolworths supermarkets with a focus on aspirational product design, and packaging design.⪢ Project managed Twinings Australia's largest rebrand. The rebrand was a re-conceptualisation of the brand and involved liaising and working with international offices and manufacturing facilities to deliver the project in full and on time to ensure a fluid transition and changeover of packaging.
