CurrentI work with the internal team, sales team, consultant marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organisation. To assist shareholders in formulating a strategy for further expansion and growth of the business.My role involves: • Plan, direct, coordinate and lead activities for the development of the Redbank Project comprising 1400 dwellings, a retail center, a childcare centre, and heritage parklands.• Plan, direct, and coordinate the implementation of the executed Voluntary Planning Agreement between Redbank, Council and Government• Manage the strategic aspects of the Project and mitigate any risk• Ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the Project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for assignment of project personnel• Responsible for supervision of the team, consultants and all planning/ administrative staff assigned to the Project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget• Outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority• Confer with project personnel to provide advice and to resolve problems• Oversee budget, ensure financial accountability• Recommend personnel for program/ project implementation• Supervise program delivery• Recognise and solve potential problems and evaluate project/ program effectiveness
