Colorado Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) Program- Aided in management and QA of high volume of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) projects at varying project stages in the State of Colorado following State's statutorily determined guidelines - Collaborated with 13 prequalified Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to ensure projects and their energy conservation measures were in compliance with state statute - Reviewed Investment Grade Audit, Post Installation and Measurement & Verification reports to verify efficiency measures and M&V activities complied with EPC program guidelines - Worked with wide range of public sector clients including local governments, school districts, state agencies and special districts to explore sustainability goals and facility needs and assess EPC project viabilityColorado CCUS Task Force- Worked with CEO members to create task force to explore potential role of CCUS in the decarbonization of the State of Colorado as outlined by the State's Greenhouse Gas Reduction Roadmap- Served as facilitator of Environmental Justice subgroup working to assess EJ considerations to be included in the State's approach and process in future CCUS projects- Worked with diverse group of representatives from a multi-industry range to produce list of recommended actions and considerations for the future of CCUS in ColoradoCEO Cannabis Advisory Council - Collaborated with CEO team members to create Cannabis Advisory Council, a diverse cannabis industry stakeholder group identifying gaps in existing resources to the industry- Collaborated with CAC to assess industry needs and barriers towards integration of energy efficiency practices at cannabis cultivation operations- Worked using gathered industry information to obtain funding through legislation for creation of Cannabis Resource Optimization Program (CROP), providing facility audits as well as low cost financing to eligible cultivations

My role as the Financial Manager on this team is to oversee preliminary as well as comprehensive project budgets for the monitoring system we are designing. Along with this, I am in charge of all procurement related to duties to ensure all materials are available as needed to keep the project on schedule. I also assist in CAD design of the system's housing components, as well as their manufacturing and assembly.
