At MTPConnect, I established services and activities for South Australia that attracted $22 million in funding, fostered 450 connections and delivered 60 events - all in just over 2 years. I chaired Cure4 Cystic Fibrosis, expanding it into a national charity with significant investments in Australian CF research. I initiated the Medical Device Partnering Program, which has reviewed over 1,000 medtech innovations and supported more than 120 innovators through targeted product development projects across 15 years.
