I served as a graduate assistant in Student Involvement, where I plan and execute leadership development programs and workshops. Oversee, 8 undergraduate interns who are learning about leadership through the weekly/monthly meetings I plan. Help in the planning/execution of Bobcat Break: Alternative Break trips, by contact vendors, creating marketing, and training student leaders to work with others on the trips. Assist with the execution of Bobcat Build- the largest day of service at Texas State. I also assist with an other department efforts including homecoming, Welcome weeks, award ceremonies, and more.

Managed and created content for the following social media platforms, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Used Canva design to create marketing for events (Workshops, Award Ceremonies, Org Appreciation Week, etc.) Collaborated with registered student organizations to share their events/ programs. Worked with university marketing to produce posters using university software.

Planed and executed events and Student Organizations Leadership Development Workshops (S.O.L.D.) tailored to registered student organizations at Texas State University. Produced a monthly podcast (Bobcat Boost), the podcast was about study tips for students.

Served as the primary contact for assigned camps or conference groups. Where I managed administrative duties; room assignments, card access, room reservations, record keeping, incident documentation, 400-600 bed resident hall and facilitation of check in/out. Directly supervised 8 student staff members and planned weekly leadership development meetings.

Worked one-on-one with students and TXST alumni to provide career advice or major exploration. Reviewed and provided feedback on various of professional documents; resumes, cover letter, and CV. Assisted with tabling during Bobcat Days, where we speak to prospective students about our services.

Worked on various task, including research about different universities Care Team/Programs. Assisted with Monarch 50 in 5 calling campaign. Created graphics for Dean of Students social media. Completed projects for the Vice President of Student Engagement & Enrollment Services. Assisted with orientation for incoming students.

Served as a cashier for day-to-day purchases, returns, and exchanges. Did overnight floor-sets, where we rearranged products and props. Oversaw morning shipment, worked with two people to push out merchandise.

Served as the "Face" of Student Involvement at Texas State University. Worked as an office assistant to manage security sensitive database, inventory, and materials. Provided support to all Texas State students by giving them information about student organizations, elections, room reservations, and more.

Worked for Texas State's pride and tradition's extended orientation camp. Served as a small group facilitator, as well as a a crew member that handled event set up and tear down. Created connections with first year students through diversity activities, campus tours, and group bonding.

Assisted with office projects including serving as a front desk assistant, inventory management, providing support to students and department staff. Provided individualized academic guidance to students taking math courses at Texas State University.

Planned campus wide events at Texas State University, Homecoming 2021, Gaillardia Fest 2021, and other traditional events like Grocery Bingo, Trivia Nights, and member meetings. Conducted evaluations to aid the student population and their needs/ wants when it came to on campus events/ programs.
