I hired 4 regional managers and set up territories for them to oversee. During the next few years I was involved in training the regional managers and traveling to all the stores to set policies and procedures in place. Oversee store locations with sales of 50 million with approximately 700 employees. I hired 4 regional managers and set up territories for them to oversee. During the next few years I was involved in training the regional managers and traveling to all the stores to set policies and procedures in place. In a number of stores we had terminations and I worked with our HR department to assure we followed the proper laws. During this time I was also involved with acquiring new stores through acquisitions of independent auto parts stores. My duties during this process were to value the assets and inventory and evaluate employees that we would be acquiring through the acquisition.
