Jo managed the delivery of projects for the new operating model for a large UK retail bank, working closely with major stakeholders, business and technology team members. She has worked in the delivery of systems, processes and training across a wide spectrum of corporate and business users.Jo proved herself as an innovative and successful Principle Consultant. Liaising across HR IT, Risk IT, Operations, Control IT and the COO. She has a proven track record of exceeding expectations and fully delivering on objectives within the most challenging of environments.

Working closely with Liaisons across all divisions I host a forum to ensure parity across the bank for the governance tool. My role requires - Extensive experience of lifecycle methodologies- CA PPM in-depth expertise- A clear understanding of professional business services- Management of senior stakeholders- Strong governance and understanding of good data quality- Ability to structure and roll out complex supporting processes- Extensive experience in Program and Portfolio Management at a senior level- Leading and mentoring high performance teams- Strong communication skills- Succeeding in challenging environments- Training and troubleshootingI took an active role in the implementation of PPM at UBS and worked as part of the PPM Customer Support Desk. Whilst very challenging, it enabled me to gain a broad and in-depth knowledge across the many system components. I recently trained as a Mental Health First Aider, an initiative run within UBS.
