Jo has substantial experience at a senior level in the provision of IT services and Portfolio Governance with over 20 years’ experience across a variety of disciplines. She is very experienced in working with major stakeholders and interacting across multiple locations. Currently working in the Chief Operating Office of the Investment Bank within UBS. Working closely with the CFO, COO and CIO's across the portfolios she is ver familiar with the C-Suite and understand the demands of that arena. Previously a Principle Consultant for Capco she showed tenacity and resilience for a demanding and varied environment. Jo was previously the Portfolio Lead with a tier 1 bank for the regulatory portfolio within the CTO. She has managed programmes at all levels from £1m to £40m. and is familiar with the demands of the FSA, Audit, External Control Indicators and European financial directives. Operating between Technology and the Business she is familiar with the demands multiple stakeholders can bring staged against an immovable deadline. Jo managed the delivery of projects for the new operating model for a large UK retail bank, working closely with major stakeholders, business and technology team members. She has worked in the delivery of systems, processes and training across a wide spectrum of corporate and business users.Jo proved herself as an innovative and successful Principle Consultant. Liaising across HR IT, Risk IT, Operations, Control IT and the COO. She has a proven track record of exceeding expectations and fully delivering on objectives within the most challenging of environments.
