As a Senior Technical Operations Manager for the managed services division I supported a multi-million dollar contract portfolio of Service Desk and Network Operations Center service offerings in a 24x7 call center on-shore environment. This included service delivery management, client relationship management, strategic planning in partnership with clients, contract management and up-sales, ITIL incident escalation management and in depth business analytic reporting against service level agreements and objectives and quarterly trending to the C-suite. I frequently partnered with senior level Taos management to deliver sales presentations regarding our managed services offerings for service desk and network operations center services to prospective clients. I collaborated with other team members to respond to requests for proposals and deliver formal presentations to clients visiting on site. Besides my day to day operational and account management functions for a multi-million dollar client portfolio, I successfully led a yearlong project to re-structure the managed services service desk to a more sustainable model. This project was a key initiative for the organization to ensure the sustainable and scalable growth while continuing to provide quality services. I led a cross-functional team of developers, operational managers and client account managers to design and implement a complete re-organization of processes, systems (Salesforce), and people.
