Working for the Smart Care Delivery division – Xperthis Care – our solutions are keys for our customers and of course patients. To maintain the availability and performances of our solutions, I am in charge to design, keep up to date and continually improve our processes/workflow (incident management, communications, reporting, part of change request, KPI), also implicated in analysis/diagnostic (2nd/3rd Line) and provide short and long term solutions to customers. I am the link between operational teams (dev, sysops, integration, support), Delivery (Project Leader) and management team.

As system engineer, I was in charge of the virtual infrastructure and Windows/Linux systems. Manager of all systems - security and to ensure they are up to date. I was in charge of the infrastructure support level 1 & 2 for an American company in Europe. Daily management the Belgian and French sites, I had to estimate the finances, projects and evolution of the customer needs. Besides that, I was Lotus Notes & Domino consultant and I have travelled in whole Belgium and Luxembourg to satisfy our customers.

Signed for COBOL development on Mainframe (certification followed during 40 days in Leuven - English speaking), I worked as PHP developer for internal projects and kept my knowledge of Windows/Linux system infrastructure up to date via trainings displaid by Cefora.
