I shaped the strategy and oversaw delivery across all owned digital channels (except China and App) for both consumer and business audiences in five key markets. By example, Visitlondon.com (VL) attracted 27m visits p.a. and generated income via ecommerce and ads. Over 90% of traffic was organic demonstrating the effectiveness of SEO, content creation and brand-building. VL social media channels boasted strong engagement with fast-growing communities of over 3 million people. This success was founded on a strong creative vision reflecting audience insight and London’s diverse offer. In addition, I was responsible for the technology and tools used, including Sitecore and Social Bakers.I gained additional experience forming and maximising partnerships, working with varied stakeholders including Chinese New Year in London with the LCCA and a 4-year long marketing collaboration with Visit Greenwich.As leader of a team of 27 people, I am well versed in building teams, people development, finance management, procurement and business planning.I joined two Boards as Executive Director; Dot London Domains and London & Partners Ventures (London & Partners subsidiaries).

A successful and creative digital marketer, editor and manager. I have built a career within London’s official promotional organisation, London & Partners (L&P). We attract 28 million people a year to our flagship website, visitlondon.com in order to contribute £120 million of economic benefit (GVA) to London's tourism economy. It's my job to tell London's story brilliantly through great content and audience engagement across the website and social media. I manage a team of 14 talented professionals covering content, social and design. I play a key role in shaping B2C 'always on' digital strategy and in a broad range of valuable campaigns and special projects.
