I have highly developed strategic planning and operational delivery capability and have demonstrated this to good effect in each of the organisations in which I have worked.With 25 years of experience in libraries and educational settings, I am customer-focused and place their needs at the centre of my approach. I have implemented and delivered numerous successful library programs that have resulted in enhanced customer satisfaction and engagement. I am a skilled communicator, delivering significant value to the organisations in which I operate. My flexible and patient manner has enabled me to assist in the improvement of outcomes for a diverse range of clients, including those with specialist needs, which I have found to be extremely rewarding. I have now broadened my professional practice, transferring the skills and experience gleaned through my time in education to the "for purpose" sector, where my relationship building and interpersonal expertise have had a positive impact.
