Jodee is a design leader with 20 years of UX, interactive, product, and branding experience. She possesses expertise in building design-led cultures; driving and delivering innovative UX/UI on digital devices; and fusing design and UX to create delightful human experiences. Jodee scales and leads teams in project definition, user research, design thinking strategy, iteration, prototyping, testing, into final visual design, production, and delivery. She currently works at The Creative Alliance, an advertising agency serving 40+ clients. Jodee started her career as a web designer and developer where she honed her craft creating effective solutions using market research and experience design to create a competitive advantage for clients. She then progressed into a Creative & UX Director role where she led a team in planning, pitching, and architecting comprehensive marketing strategies and user-focused design for clients ranging from large global enterprise companies to startups including Berkshire Hathaway, AIG, Medtronic, Global Aerospace, GogoBiz, Western Union, Syngenta, Avjet Corporation, Jones International University, Health One Hospitals, and Holland & Hart to name a few. In her current role as VP of Creative & UX she leads creation and delivery of vision, strategy, and roadmaps across UX and creative. Jodee regularly produces top performing mobile first responsive websites, apps, and other accessible SaaS enterprise applications. She has extensive experience collaborating with the C-suite, developers, writers, product managers, marketing, research and engineering teams to launch world-class solutions. Jodee is leader in creating creating and delivering OKR’s as well as user research methodologies that drive better customer outcomes. Oversight of budgets, ROI, and discovery meetings are areas where Jodee demonstrates strong leadership. Working at an agency has given her ability to pivot quickly and easily adapt to change while continuing to be a life long learner.Jodee is a proven producer of groundbreaking concepts and user-focused design that has resulted in numerous design awards. She has served on the Board of Directors for AIGA Colorado and taught design at several community colleges.
