Human Resources Director
I oversee talent acquisition and development, policy creation and enforcement, and initiatives to strengthen company culture and boost employee engagement. I lead programs for safety, respect, DEI, goal setting, and fleet management, and I manage investigations, mediation, and resolutions for grievances and harassment complaints. My responsibilities extend to compensation and benefits management, performance management, and compliance with OSHA and federal and state regulations. I collaborate strategically with executive leadership on operational, financial, and succession planning, and I lead quarterly staff meetings.In my role, I mentor, coach, consult, and act as a liaison between employees and executive leadership, ensuring alignment and safeguarding the interests of both the employees and the organization.
