I have achieved a lot in my career I started my work life in Retail this was my starting point for understanding and respect for my customers I worked in different areas of retail Management and while I worked I also studied.I have completed courses in Floristy, Photography and filled my life with things that involved colour . I completed a Diploma in Make Up Artistry and Cert III in Visual Arts where I found my passion for Colour, Drawing, Painting, Photography and Textiles.My career led me to working at Choices Flooring where I spent years learning all about the flooring industry and Consulting clients with Paints and Interior Design.For the last 11 years I have worked for McDonald Jones Homes, this has been challenging but very rewarding.My role has led me to all aspects as a Plans Presenter, External finishes,Interior Design Consultant and an Electrical Consultant. I have also played a big part in Training New Staff and ensuring a strong team . My position is Senior Team Leader of the South Coast My Choice Department working with Mcdonald Jones homes. I have always been totally dedicated to my position and all that I undertake each day. I do consider myself an asset to the company and I am always willing to assist others in my team or departments. My passion is our clients with helping them to achieve the great Aussie Dream of building their beautiful home. I am constantly researching colours/ palettes/ trends/ products ect so I can improve my skillset & so I can stay abreast of new things, but also so that we are able to communicate & converse with our clients when they are discussing new trends. This helps with our sales & builds confidence with the client as I represent My Choice/ Builder
