This position in Hospitality was totally new to me and I have enjoyed everything I have learned. Familiar with and work with ease the hotels reservation system Cloudbeds. Answer the phone and make reservation for the caller. Make reservations for all walk-in guest. Find the best price for them. When there is not a room available for the walk-in guest, I contact the hotels close by and find one for them. Completed Cloudbeds University for training. Worked with Expedia and Booking.com reservations. Fold laundry when necessary, mostly pool towels as they are washed on Night Audit Shifts. Check guest in and answer any questions they may have and/or any suggestions in the area for things to do and activities.
