As an innovative leader, educator and business consultant, I work to bring people to a deeper level of awareness, whether it's about the impact of climate change on indigenous communities, women and the policies at the state and national level that affect us, or building a local, resilient community. I strive to be a catalyst in bringing different cultural groups together to mobilize organizations and communities toward regenerative initiatives, improved climate policies and realistic development of projects that are uniquely suited to the locale and the story of place. In the non-profit world, I work closely with boards to identify effective strategies and solid plans for implementation as well as understanding the organization's goals in finances, fund raising, community and organizational outreach.
