I am digitally savvy using a wide-range of products in the tech-stack and build the Montgomery CRM from the ground up to drive clear and relevant communications for selling product to delivering monthly reporting. I also completed an education Fellowship in 2023 with StartMate to learn about entrepreneurial technology companies, venture capital, and small cap growth trajectory and how these businesses get funding to grow. I started my career in marketing in law firms and my eight-year tenure in the industry taught me resilience, gave me experience in complex stakeholder environments and the ability to establish genuine working partnerships with the owners of the business.I have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and demonstrated project management experience. My role reported directly to the CEO.Project Management / RebrandingI led the project to review the then organisational structure of the company and to drive the development of the rebranding. The company had a range of businesses with different company names – through acquisitions – and I was responsible for the integration of seven businesses into a national identity for all businesses. My role appointed the led agency and delivered the project plan. This was an extensive company rebranding with five companies launching the new identity in March 2011 with the other two companies developing stand-alone identity refreshes.
