Recruited to manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution for two major clients: Comcast ($1.3M) and Caesars Entertainment ($3M). Collaborated closely with clients, designers, and media team to execute specialized campaigns for the Asian market.Select key achievements include:• Project managing the development and translation of (Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Korean) direct mail, on-property collateral and websites for over 20 Caesars Entertainment properties across the country. • Orchestrating the launch of two Comcast campaigns targeting Filipino, South Asian, and Japanese markets, which included print, digital, and grassroots efforts. Expanded market share of international programming in the California market. • Executing a $40K event activation, #XfinityLounge, for Comcast's Sponsored Center of Asian American Media Fest (CAAMFest) Opening Gala in San Francisco, CA. As an intern with the marketing department and Progressive account team, I shadow a number of team members to learn the day to day tasks of their position, including how to manage a creative project, how production of ad materials work and client management skills. I assist members with any project research, help manage network clearance process, track competitor activity and help out with an administrative responsibilities including setting up rooms for clients and taking down minutes. On a weekly basis, I write comprehensive competitor audits of all efforts related to Progressive Insurance. With every meeting and task, I continually get exposed to and learn how different departments work in sync in order to service our client. Right from the first week I worked with my team at Arnold, I've found it to be such a rewarding experience with their valuable mentorship and the variety of responsibilities handed to me.

Wanderu, Inc is a start-up based in Boston. It is the web-application version of Kayak for ground travel. It aggregates bus and train travel information to provide the most convenient way for customers to book travel plans. Launching their website only in May 2013, marketing initiatives are currently in full swing. As their marketing intern, my main goal was to assist in the improvement of the web company's search engine optimization (SEO). I created content and design strategies for current and future social media platforms, including but not limited to, Google+, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter. Working in the hub of one of America's college towns as well as right next to Boston's south station, I brainstormed ideas for other marketing initiatives targeting improving Word of Mouth and brand recognition. This was primarily using guerrilla marketing campaigns - for example, headed to south station, gave out lollipops with Wanderu's tags and greeted individuals "Have a nice trip!" to create awareness. Lastly, I acted as an office assistant under the Marketing Manager for any branding initiatives including creating media lists and entering contests.
