In this position, I delivered 2 key projects - GE Marhowra Diesel Locos key subsystems & Mumbai Metro Line 3 Brakes to Alstom.

Provided solutions to brands (clients) that create a differentiated brand experience for their customers with consistent identity, improved brand recognition & making them more impressive to grab customer attention.

Developed and implemented processes that aimed to deliver products of highest quality, lowest cost, and within requested time, meeting safety and regulatory standards. Played a key role as part of a cross functional team that established manufacturing/converting unit to localize and commercialize 3M™ Tegaderm™ Brand Dressings products and scale up of Micropore tape portfolio in India.Operational Excellence1. Analyzed & presented plant’s monthly P&L performance to the plant manager at unit cost level and presented improvement plan to reduce unit cost of high sales value SKUs to reduce overall factory cost- 2. Using Lean Six Sigma methodology, identified cost saving opportunities and created LSS hopper to meet the plant’s cost saving target for each year. Created Lean Value Stream mapping for current processes to reduce waste in the processes.3. Created Process Standards, SOPs, WI and Batch Manufacturing Records for new processes and revised existing processes as per continuous improvements in the processes through key cost-saving projects New Product Introduction & Project Management1. Worked with cross functional team including international teams member to plan the localization of key brand SKUs as per business plan with identification of right technology, production capacity, manpower requirement, material sourcing, and production process to meet the target unit cost.2. Worked on more than 6 NPIs and made P&L along with finance team for every gate review (stage of project) and presented to the top management along with the cross functional team.
