CurrentSince 1984, Share Our Strength® is ending childhood hunger in America by ensuring all children get the healthy food they need. No child should go hungry – we’re on our way to making that a reality. We’re bold, creative, open to new ideas, and 100% dedicated to ending child hunger in the US & abroad.• Develop and execute an overarching strategy to end childhood hunger in India by amplifying existing community-based solutions and mobilizing new skills and talents within the next 3-years.• Successfully design and deploy program to leverage our core organizational strength against three strategic pillars: Fundraising & Brand-Building, Developing a Shared Impact Agenda with our program partners and other stakeholders, and Supporting Communities to Feed Kids. • Identify and build strong relationships with effective non-profit partners in India.• In collaboration with the Fundraising, Marketing/Communications and Program teams, develop robust and aggressive plans for new donor acquisition, retention and upgrades across all platforms.• In the three-year pilot period leverage our investment to build the engine for raising revenue and awareness to achieve a significant and sustainable path to reducing childhood hunger in India.• Develop a campaign model to support community-driven goals and/or advocacy objectives.• Set clear priorities and metrics for program success, develop and secure buy-in on clearly articulated work plans for collaborators across the organization, and measure progress towards overall program growth.• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, and ensure a culture of professional growth within the team.• Communicate fundraising and advocacy strategies and progress within Share Our Strength and prepare performance reports for Share Our Strength’s Executive Team and/or Board.• Represent and promote Share Our Strength to external audiences and amongst peers in the domestic and international nonprofit industry.
