In my career to date I have aimed to remove societal barriers and enable greater autonomy for people with disability. I believe it is critical to build partnerships with those who have a disability to be effective in achieving this vision. I think this will give us the best chance as a society to enable everyone to have an equal voice and space within our communities. Through my workplace and voluntary experience, I have gained knowledge and skills to assist in creating accessible environments, both socially and professionally. I am responsive and adaptable to the ever-changing environment of the disability sector and am focused on connecting with others to make our societies more inclusive.
