I began my career as an English teacher at Glades Central High School where I remained for four years. I moved on to various teaching positions both inside and outside of FL, including middle school reading in Boynton Beach and nearly nine years at Harlem Middle School in Harlem, GA where I taught English and Social Studies. I spent four years at the Palm Beach Zoo in their education department where I served as Education Coordnator and classroom educator. I went on community outreaches, gave daily public talks, and had positive interactions with school groups and guests. I have also worked at Augusta National Golf Club where I provided administrative support to Grounds Operations. I processed weekly invoices and assisted in the volunteer coordination for two Masters tournaments. I have also been a certified yoga instructor for more than twenty years.
