Oversees the production of communication follow-up materials, and ensures mailing specifications are accurate. Handles data files and processing/balancing or coordinates operational tasks with operations associate. Able to use administrative tools in website to update budgets, configure and send emails, configure content, groups, etc. May use technology tools such as excel to track issues, access to more effectively handle data base issues, or any number of tools to run queries. May update procedures and documentation. Supports specific operational tasks as required to meet the needs of the clients as directed. Communicates with the clients, program participants, and internal account team members for new and current projects regarding rule structure issues/concerns, program communications, and troubleshooting. Supports and coaches Call Center personnel regarding participant questions/issues. Researches and responds to escalations. Responds to questions regarding rule structures, issuances, balances etc. Provides proactive updates to all project team members, especially client-directed changes which impact cost, schedule, or quality. Participates in account team meetings, presentation development meetings (PDM), and project debriefs to provide feedback on the day-to-day activities and customer requests/concerns. Engages the account team in the anticipation of problems and the resolution of client satisfaction (Benchmarx) issues. Supports SLA processes. Participates in on-going mentoring process. Collaborates with team in finalizing project plans and protocols.and standard product offerings to launch programs. Participates in systems testing. Assists in renewal strategy development by providing feedback regarding improvements. Assists in ensuring financials are accurate and complete. Show less
