Business Analyst
Current-Compile Credit and Collection analysis data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for four Utility companies using multiple CIS reporting systems. This requires the use of existing reports generated in the CIS systems and the use of JDE accounting system queries and reports.-Evaluate ad hoc reporting requests and inquiries to determine what queries and data needs to be gathered for reporting purposes.-Work with all company CIS departments to obtain and run data queries.-Review and generate monthly late notices on JDE for Cascade Natural Gas (DCC, CCC, service lines, and damage claims) and Montana Dakota Utilities (service line and damage claims).-Run credit report requests on Equifax and evaluate need for deposit requirements.-Forecast collection arrears and write-off dollars and coordinate collection agency referrals and system write offs for JDE accounts.-Evaluate reporting enhancements and recommend changes to improve productivity and data analysis.
